So now I have to call into the robo-phone, fight my way to a human being, probably request a non script reading supervisor/tier 2 support to investigate this mess. Not a good look @Xfinity @XfinitySupport.

Has anyone else been having any trouble with Verizon customer service? I thought Comcast was bad, hard to believe but Verizon is worst. The rep says no worries Richard I will help you. They promise to look into the problem and call me back but never do.

I canโt believe the internet outage happened at exactly 8:03pm. I havenโt had a problem all day, and as soon as I sit down to watch #theoscars2023, @Xfinity reports an outage.

And on a side note, this running #NASCAR races on USA Network is really throwing me off. Completely missed recording the Xfinity race today. They're not advertising the channel change well.

@ir0cko @Xfinity That's been me for the last 7 days- it came back on for a couple hours and they told us internet wasn't working bc we needed a whole new modem. Can't even set things up rn.I also have a downed cable line in my backyard that they won't take seriously until the outage is resolved

When @Xfinity tells you that you need a whole new modem after the outage is over so you go get one but everytime you try to set it up you get hit with another "outage" even though this morning everything was working fine Do better.

If you Google this problem of why did my watchTCM app stop working you will see hundreds of people reporting this issue. I donโt know what the problem is between @tcm and @xfinity or whose fault it is but I am goddamned tired of going through this customer service theater ๐ก๐ก๐ก

This is a bug and hopefully will get fixed before the XB8 is released next month. Another issue: My wife's Surface Pro 5 won't connect to the 5-GHz signal. Comcast says it's a known issue with this laptop, tho it worked fine with my old router. It connects to 2.4-GHz just fine.

@BoziTatarevic The heat yesterday wasn't an issue for us. Pretty cool here in the ATL. The biggest problem is the quick turnarounds between races. We were still setting up as the guys were climbing in for the Xfinity race. Next week at COTA will be the same.

@Xfinity @Xfinity Hello, I am a longtime customer currently living in southern Vermont. Just wanted to let you know that your decision to move WCAX (out of Burlington, Vt.) from channel 3 to channel 1003 is just a truly awful decision. You should rethink that.
