Round 1: Drogon easily. While Eren can likely get close enough to move around and attack Drogon, the standard swords their equipped with aren't really designed for cutting into a tough scaly or leathery hide. And with how fragile they are even with significant force they aren't likely to get very far in before breaking. Although not mentioned here, thunder spears I'd imagine would be somewhat effective for this situation minus the difficulty of not getting caught yourself in the blast, and if he has access to those I'd give him somewhat better odds. Either way Drogon's fire breath and air speed should come out on top here.

Round 2: I'm actually not certain how big Drogon is, but assuming that Eren's Titan form is larger he should be able to grapple the dragon if it gets in range, that's a big if though, since Drogon can just fly around out of reach and spam the breath weapon. Heat resistance might let the Titan survive some blasts but it's stone shattering properties should wear him down somewhat, barring their regen of course. Close battle but I'd give it to Drogon for that reason.

Round 3: haven't read up to that point so I can't really comment on what changes here for Eden.

Round 4: Going to lean towards the Titan pair here, mostly because the colossus Titan looks to be a hard thing to take down.

Post-Timeskip Eren is significantly stronger. Assuming it takes place after the Raid on Liberio, with the exception of the Colossal Titan he'd actually be the strongest of the shifters.

He was already able to match Reiner's armored form in the Battle of Shiganshina after he gained his hardening ability. And then after he consumed Willy Tybur's sister, he gained the power of the Warhammer Titan. This gave him the ability to create structures and weapons out of hardened Titan flesh, including things like giant crossbows. That'd make it a lot harder for Drogon to stay out of range.

Isn't Eren stronger than the colossal titan anyways? Like spikes to the legs and speed will eventually wear the big guy down right?

Wasnt Drogon almost killed by random guy with a spear in Meeren?

Eren also can remotely pilot the titan too with the warhammer titans ability.

Drogon is actually substantially larger (he is at *least* 3 times as long as Eren is tall), but it wouldn't surprise me at all if Eren were stronger. At least technically. Functionally, I dunno. Seems like Drogon could swoop and grab him and drop him from the sky pretty easily. Teeth and claws don't really need strength in the same way anyway, and he should be capable of ripping through Titan flesh easily enough. Also remember that wing powered flight means moving your body weight around for extended periods of time with nothing to leverage against—it requires a great deal of strength. Even just gliding means bracing against your body weight against your outstretched arms indefinitely.

I kind of doubt this is going to go to physical blows though. Titans being heat resistant is one thing, but Drogon's flames go well past "hot". I'd consider rock and steel to be pretty heat resistant too, it's not like Titan steam melts and boils those. The Colossus Titan actually sort of burns himself away, as I recall, though that may be less heat and more what causes the heat.

Er, no? He was mildly wounded by spears from several people, and he was a small fraction of the size he would become and had softer scales to boot. He was 40 feet long in Mereen. He grew to the size of a Boeing 747.

The swords are actually designed to punch through some pretty tough substances. The default weapons of the Survey Corps are created with ultrahard steel, a rare substance made to punch through a titan's skin, which is normally too tough to break through. They have break points so that they won't get someone stuck on a Titan with a bad hit, but they're very, very good at dealing with anything short of a hardened Titan.
