Duplin Co. intersections converting to all-way stopsDUPLIN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - The North Carolina Department of Transportation is converting three intersections across Duplin County to all-way stops after a safety review. The NCDOT says crews will be adding stop signs and pavement markings to the intersections of Highway 11 at Charity Road and at Register Road/Stocking Head Road on July 23rd. Signage will also be going up at the intersection of Charity Road at Bay Road on July 30th.
