  I appreciate the people that work on the north side of Spokane. They do an amazing job and always try to make us as comfortable as possible. I don’t however appreciate the calls that are reminded me if we don’t show up for our appointment. We have to pay fees. We’ve been members for many years and already know this and don’t have to be threatened by someone who doesn’t even live in the area.

  I had a hot stone and the stones weren’t hot! I was highly disappointed! 😔 When I went to check out I was told I couldn’t use my prepaids for the hot stone and was told that had just changed recently! I wasn’t informed of any change!

  The locations are very inconvenient, atleast 22+ minutes to get to the closest massage envy for me. My masseuse was kind, but i felt nothing after or really during the massage. I couldn’t tell the next day or hours later that i even got a massage. I felt i expressed the areas that i wanted to be worked on the most (back, neck, scalp.) I said if we had time, i wouldn’t mind venturing to arms and hands, maybe legs but i really didn’t care to do that. (which i expressed.) My masseuse worked the most on my legs and feet. Maybe 2 minutes on my scalp, and a little time on my neck, back, and arms. We did stretches (that i was told to do the movement for) which is fine and felt okay, but when u get a massage…i don’t want to have to do the work. i want it to be relaxing. not working out.
